Our origin
High above the rainforest of Boriken rises a mountain the Taino called El Yunque — the anvil. They set upon it Yukiyu, the good spirit of the living world: a shaper of growth, of sea and sky, whose sacred form was a three-pointed stone struck from the earth itself.
We took his name on purpose. A studio, we think, is an anvil too — the place where raw imagination is heated, hammered, and struck into something a person can step inside and call a world.
Yukiyu Studios was founded by Tomas Cruz-Melendez and Vanessa Bruno-Garcia, on one stubborn belief: a game should begin with a world worth believing in, and everything after — the systems, the art, the long nights — should serve the single task of making that world true.
We are a small, independent studio, and we mean to stay close to the work. We don't chase trends to their conclusion; we follow worlds to theirs. When the lore and the convenient choice disagree, we keep faith with the lore — because the people who love a world can always tell when its makers didn't.
Our first world is AeonForge — a player-built universe gathered around a single impossible city, where the gates open onto anywhere, and every craft, every fight, every life is something you forge for yourself. It carries the line we build every world by:
The worlds are forged, and so are you.
If you came here looking for us, that's how we began — with a mountain, a spirit, and the conviction that imagination, given enough heat, becomes a place.
The spiral runs through everything we make. It is the Sol de Jayuya — the sun-spark of creation. It lives in the gates, in the logo, in the forge itself. It is how the worlds begin, and it is how you'll know you've found one of ours.
