To access Yukiyu Games, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account on our platform
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools to modify or interfere with the Services
  • Submit false, manipulated, or fraudulent scores to leaderboards
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other players' accounts, or data
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services without our written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players

5. Games and Content

All games, graphics, text, software, and other content available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Yukiyu Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play our games for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or included content.

6. Player Data and Leaderboards

By submitting scores and playing our games, you agree that:

  • Your display name, profile picture, and scores may be displayed publicly on leaderboards
  • We may use aggregate gameplay statistics for marketing and promotional purposes
  • Your game save data is stored on our servers and accessible only to you
  • We may remove scores or leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe were achieved through cheating or exploitation

7. Advertisements

The Services are free to play and supported by advertisements. By using the Services, you consent to the display of advertisements during gameplay. You agree not to use ad-blocking tools or techniques to circumvent advertisements within the game environment.

8. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance. Game save data and scores are provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee their perpetual availability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YUKIYU STUDIOS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GAMEPLAY PROGRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
